Annie and Frank had at least 4 children.
In 1936 Frank was working in Mathinna as a labourer and by 1943 Frank and Annie had moved to Launceston and were living in Cimitere street. Frank again listed as working as a Labourer.
Annie died in 1989 aged 89 years. She is buried at Carr Villa Cemetery, Launceston.

John (Jack) Augustine Saunders
John known as Jack was born to Robert Saunders 2nd and Catherine (Kincade) in 1984 in Mathinna, Tasmania.
John joined the Armed forces after his brother Leslies death in 1917. John was deemed Medically unfit for duty and in 1919 was working as a labourer in Mathinna. In 1928 he was listed as a miner and by 1944 he was living in Invermay Road working as a labourer. In 1949 Jack was back at Storeys Creek working as a miner.
Jack never married.
In 1966 Jack passed away and is buried at Carr Villa Cemetery, Launceston.

Leslie James Saunders
Leslie James Saunders born 1891 in Mathinna Tasmania, to Robert Saunders 2nd and Catherine Kincade.
Leslie joined the Australian Armed Forces in February 1915 and was sent for training in Queensland before being sent to Gallipoli.
Leslie fought on the Western Front for a few months before being struck down with Enteric fever and Pleurisy.
Leslie returned from France to recover where they held a reception for him at Mathinna. Leslie returned to health and was sent back to battle only to be killed, a few days after his return, in Lagnicourt, France on the 26th March 1917.
Leslie James Saunders name is written on the wall of the war memorial at Villers Bretronneax, France and has a memorial headstone at Mathinna cemetery.

Emma was christened on the 7th July 1869 at St Andrews Uniting Church Evandale.
Emma lived in Evandale with her parents.
Emma's mother Charlotte died of peritonitis in August 1875 shortly after giving birth to her 13th child.

Charlotte Christina born 19th November 1871 to Robert and Charlotte. Charlotte was christened on the 13th February 1872 in St Andrews Uniting Church, Evandale.
Charlotte is the only surviving sibling of Emma Eliza.
Charlotte moved to Mathinna with her father, sister and step mother around 1880.
Charlotte married David Butcher in 1898, for an unknown reason David changed his surname and was also known as Mclennan and eventually Lewellyn which is what the family are known as today.
Charlotte and David lived in Cornwall, Tasmania and produced 9 children:
